Pam Phillips began serving as Director of Preschool and Children's Ministries in October 1999. She served as a Children's Activities Director for a sister church in the summers of 1998 and 1999, and also taught preschool for six years. Pam graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work in 1980. She earned a Master's of Divinity in Christian Education from Gardner-Webb University, graduating in May 2003.

Pam was born in Atlanta, Georgia. She has lived in North Carolina since 1983 and has been married to Ray for 23 years. They have three children, Wendy, Nicholas, and Marshall and one grandchild Tripp. In her free time Pam enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
